Application Instructions

1. Go to the Link
2. Complete the registration process
3. Navigate to "Submit an application for admission"
4. Click "New application"
5. Fill in all required fields of the form
   Note! All data must be filled out in Russian, exactly as stated in the notarized translations of documents (if they are not in Russian) and in the visa..
6. Attach scanned copies of all files and their notarized translations (if the document contains entries not in Russian)
7. Generate consent and application templates from the system, print them, sign them, and attach scanned copies with signatures
8. Submit the application for review and await the results
