Special conditions for applicants with disabilities and health limitations
We provide all the below-mentioned special conditions to applicants based on:
  • an admission application containing information on the need to create special conditions;
  • a document confirming disability or health limitations that require that we create the said conditions.

During our internal entrance exams for applicants with disabilities, we create an environment in which their psychophysical development, individual capabilities and health status are taken into account. We provide them with all the necessary information on their internal entrance exams in a format accessible to them. By decision of NSMU, we can extend duration of internal entrance exams for them, but by no more than by 1.5 hours.

We ensure:
  • unimpeded access for applicants with disabilities to exam rooms, restrooms and other facilities;
  • ramps, lifts, handrails, widened doorways, elevators (in the absence of elevators, the exam room is located on the ground floor);
  • separate exam rooms.
Number of applicants per room:
  • for written exam – no more than 12 people
  • for oral exam – no more than 6 people

We permit a larger number of applicants in the room, as well as conducting the exam jointly with other applicants, if it does not create difficulties.

We permit presence of an assistant from NSMU staff to provide necessary technical assistance (helping to take a seat, move around, read and complete a task, communicate with examiners).

Applicants with disabilities can use technical aids required due to their individual needs during the internal entrance exam.
