For Authors and Rights HoldersRequirements for the electronic resources delivered to the electronic resources fund of the Scientific Library NSMU:
1. Electronic resources which are teaching aids and visual-demonstration teaching materials must be recommended for use in the educational process by the relevant authorities of the University or by the higher authorities.
2. Electronic resources which are scientific works (publications, dissertations and other academic papers) should be submitted in complete form, appropriate in form and content to the published version.
3. Text electronic resources may have the following formats: PDF, MS Word (DOC or RTF), PPT, and HTML. The most preferred format is PDF.
4. Photographs and graphic electronic resources may have formats PDF, JPG or TIFF.
5. Sounds electronic resources may have WAW and MP3 formats.
6. Video electronic resources can have formats DVD and MPEG4.
7. Electronic resources, consisting of more than one file (multimedia resources, resources in the form of computer programs, video resources, etc.) must be presented in the form of folders, including all the necessary files archived using archives RAR, WinRAR or WinZip. All multimedia resources and resources in the form of computer programs must include a description (instruction) enough to work with them.
8. Any transferred to the library electronic resources of any type can be archived using the archives RAR, WinRAR, WinZip.
9. Electronic resources are accepted only CD and DVD media.
10. CD / DVD medias and of electronic resources and resources themselves should be free from computer viruses.
The Order of transferring of an electronic resource:
Electronic resources are accepted in the room 2319 of University Library by Administrator of maintaining an electronic library Bogolepova Maria Vladimirovna.
Working hours for the visitors:
From 10-00 to 17-00
Lunch break: from 13-00 to 13-30
Sunday, Saturday are days off
Transfer of a disc with electronic resources to the library is accompanied with the conclusion of the Copyright Agreement with the University on the transfer of electronic resources to the scientific library. The agreement includes application(s) on the lists of sent and contained on the disc electronic resources with relevant information about each resource. Contract is made by the author of electronic resources in duplicate.
Electronic resources, which have printed published versions, are transferred to the scientific library together with their printed versions or with copies of the printed version and with indicating the relevant output bibliographic data of the published versions in the Appendix (s) of lists of electronic resources.
Transferring Electronic resources, which do not have published versions, is accompanied by listing of these resources in a separate list in the Appendix (s) of lists of electronic resources.
Transferring to the library electronic resources that are teaching aids and visual-demonstration teaching materials, is accompanied by the transfer to the library of copies of documents confirming that these resources are recommended for use in the educational process by the relevant authorities of the University or higher authorities. Relevant documents must be annexed to the Agreement on transfer of electronic resources.
